Security Code
For security reasons, WebDollar requires you to submit your unique Security Code to verify certain transactions. Your Security Code is required when you wish to conduct a transaction after your accumulated deposit or withdrawal amount exceeds an established secure limit.
Your Security Code is issued by WebDollar and sent to you by postal mail or SMS text message, depending on your preferred delivery method, at the time of your first successful deposit. Please note that all delivery methods may not be available to all customers.
Secuity code Page
Firstly select the 'Secuity code' option from the 'My Account' tab in the Webdollar cashier.
Select Method
You will then be prompted for a method by which to receive your security code. If you have a telephone with SMS (text message) facilities we suggest you select this as your prefered method.
Enter your international number and click 'Submit' to proceed.
SMS Message
You should then recieve the message to the telephone you specified. Keep this message for safe keeping as you will be required to enter it when makign certain deposits.
SMS Security Code Reminder
If you lose or forget your Security Code, you may request a new Security code to be sent to you by SMS. Your Security Code can not be rerouted or issued by phone, fax or email.
Please note: As soon as you request a new Security Code, the old Security Code will no longer be valid.
